Utilizing the UTV to haul material from TH 7 to locations on the North Loop between the LSHT and the top of the North Loop climb was a back saver for volunteers. We only made three trips today due to needing to further clear a few small yaupons and a couple stumps so the UTV could traverse the trail. However, with those three loads, we were able to tackle 4-5 areas with damaged trail tread from erosion. We covered overly exposed roots and added grade reversals. We would like to continue using the UTV to further improving the North Loop. Once that is finished, we can start working on the South Loop. There are two piles of material located on the 286 waiting for us to use on that trail.
