단전에 기를 모으며 달리기를 하면 발걸음이 한결 가볍다. 단전은 하복부인데 여기에는 복직근과 복횡근이 위치해있다. 여기에 가볍게 힘을 주면 골반 앞쪽이 살짝 당겨지며 장요근이 다리를 좀 더 쉽게 당길 수 있게 해주며 척추 후만이 반듯해져 척추관이 넓어져 신경기능이 향상된다. 이렇듯 세상도 자동으로 진행된다. 그 사작은 법을 느끼는 의와 이를 분별하는 식이 만나 이루어지는 의식촉에 살짝 집중하면 된다.
