Eight of us on Tony's ride today. Weather was a bit dull and windy when we set off but brightened up in the afternoon. Morning stop at Black Park (San Remo cafe was ultra busy so we sat outside) then Red Lion at Langley for lunch (a very nice beef and ale pie went down a treat) thence on to Thorney Park Golf Club for tea and finally back to Uxbridge via West Drayton. Uxbridge to Uxbridge 24 miles Puffing Loiterer Losing It Moment of the Day Award goes to Andy: Andy picked up my helmet then put it down saying "Oh, it's not mine". No it wasn't Andy, yours was on your head at the time !
