On a cold windy day four of us followed Lawrie as he led us to the White House for morning coffee. From there, eschewing his normal route, he did some fancy navigation to bring us to the London Apprentice in Isleworth for lunch. It was there that we decided that our little party looked like four dribbling old men out for the day with our carer (Ruth). This resulted in a lot of banter in that vein. A quick quarter of a mile pedal saw us stopping at the Town Wharf pub for coffee and to check it out. An excellent future lunch stop. We made our way back to Uxbridge via Osterley Park and Hayes.
