Jim's ride to the Italian Connection in Runneymede attracted close on 18 followers - I'm not sure whether this was down to the venue's popularity or his stonking new haircut (cut and styled by Hillingdon Council Parks Department). It was decided to split into two groups for our first stop at the Vermulen's Garden Centre before recombining to continue via Staines and the Thames river path to our lunch stop. Following a pasta blowout we headed back via Old Windsor, Datchet, Ditton Park (just to please Lawrie), Langley and Iver to the Black Horse for tea where the group disbursed. An excellent sunny day out with Jim. Shame that new rider Jean had to witness Woody's groping. Puffing Loiterer
