I have been learning and doing outdoor rock climbing for a year, hoping to try some beautiful alpine rock objectives. When Jack Fernandez posted Stuart West Ridge trip on the SOA Meetups, I jumped on the opportunity. There were 4 people in our group: Jack Fernandez, the organizer, Linh Vu, Michael Druidarch and myself. The plan was to attempt an ambitious single day push with a back up plan of bivying after the summit. There are many good sources of beta for this route.
