By the way for anyone who is interested there is a 6 and 10k marathon August 13 in Oregon at the bridge of the gods and it would be cool to see a bunch of ramblrs together. If interested let me know your gonna be their. Book it now because hotel rooms are gonna be packed. since I skipped two days but trying to keep track of how long it takes me to get used to being able to jog a whole 3 miles with no stopping. My issue is I get bored and am trying to look for a spot to stop at and reach to. I've almost been able to make it around the pond without stopping. Hurray!
