1; Heuberg 1338 m 4389 ft. 2; Kitzstein 1398 m 4585 ft.

Started this Winter Ascent from Gritschen Parking Lot and followed the Sign towards Heuberg via Daffnerwaldalm. Lots of Deep Powder and no visibility made me questioning the Sense of this Hike but I was here already so I made the Best of it and continued past the Alm towards Heuberg with a Summit Cross and temporary Register of a few pieces of Paper. The Trail or sort of afterwards had some deep snowy and exposed Sections which is Cable Protected but what are they Cables good for when Snowed in. Definitely not for the faint hearted but the good news it got easier once past this stretch. A few downed Trees on the Summit Hill just below the Summit. Again a pretty Summit Cross but the Register was basically a Trash of Wet and mangled up Paper. On my return I skipped Heuberg and the exposed Scramble and traversed underneath to eventually catch up with my Ascent Route, Further down I missed a Junction and ended up to far right and had to shortcut through the Forest (Not recommend) to catch a Trail further down towards Gerstland and back to Gritschen.
