Drove up the Snow covered Road at Night Till above Rifugio Revolto and parked at the side of the Road at the closed Gate. In the Morning I started my Hike following the Road and soon after passed Rifugio Passo Pertica. (All Huts are closed this time of the Year.). I continued my Road-hike a few switch backs along the way not using the shortcut trails today because of the Snow. Shortly after I passed Rifugio Scalorbi and followed a Left Side Trail which was sign posted Rifugio Fraccaroli. A steep and snow covered Trail but easy to follow leads up to the Rifugio approaching from the North side and more Snow than I had before. From the Hut it’s only a Short Scramble up to the Highpoint with Summit Cross and Trig Marker. Returned back to the Hut where I took a short Break before taking a more direct descent trail in a Southern direction before connecting with my ascent Route on the Road leading me back to my Car. A very enjoyable Hike today.
