Morro del Buitre

Started at the end of a long and Scenic Road Cam del Nacimientro at the Village of Poblano de la Central at the Trailhead. Nice Campground at Camping El Cortijillo along the way. Parked next to the Water Pipeline at the Trailhead and followed the Trail Sendero Nacimiento dem Rio Castril. Everything is marked very well and easy to follow, just don’t cross the River. Stay on the right side and keep going till you get closer to the Hill where you can see the Switchbacks already ahead of you. Nicely done and engineered switchbacks. In General an easy Trail to follow on the lower part. Once up and done with the Switchbacks I turned right towards the Building which is most likely used as Stable for the Sheep’s. The trail afterwards was a bit vage with Snow on the ground and I just went cross country in the Direction of the Summit. Once further up the Fog moved in and visibility was real low. Just oriented on the Parc Signs which are not in a straight line. On my return I came upon a Road unfortunately it goes in the wrong direction and is not much of a help. Returning roughly the same way back to the Trailhead. A Wonderful Hike and probably very busy in Season.
