Lone Mountain Twice

I had done two big days in the mountains already this week and noticed on my stats on Strava that I was well within hitting 10,000ft of elevation gain for the week. I was at around 9,200ft. So I thought it was a good opportunity to pass that mark for the first time in a week. And what a better place than my neighborhood Lone Mountain. It's a good 600-700' climb depending on which side you start from, but I figured if I went up it twice I would definitely hit my mark. Sure enough, after this hike/run Strava recorded my total weekly elevation gain to be just over 10,500ft. A proud achievement for this mountaineer! The next step is to do it in a day. Wink. Route: I went 3/4 around, then I did the ridge proper, south to north, then around then up the standard route and down and around to my car.
