Our first walk in Kent for some months and it showed as we were slow on the ascents and these were only minor! Nothing new in the walk until we reached Wilmot Hill when instead of taking Greensands Way we went right onto the higher track and dropped down to Greensands by One Tree Hill. At Carters Hill we took the higher track again to access Knole Park and headed to the House and a lunch stop before going into Sevenoaks to have a drink at The Sennockian, a Wetherspoons pub. Leaving there we re-entered Knole Park and headed for Godden Green ignoring the Buck Inn and onto Seal Chart which was our last testing ascent of the day. GPS stats showed 10.8 miles in 4:03 at moving avg 2.7mph with 1427 feet ascent
