It was almost midnight when we got there, and no one was available to open the door for us after ringing the bell several times. Luckily Tamarindo was a busy town (or I should say more like a party town) with lots of bars and clubs. So, after parking the vehicle at their parking lot, I walked down the street to look for someone who could help me call the hotel. In no time, I came to another hotel and saw a receptionist. So, I explained the situation and asked him to call the hotel. The owner of Hotel Boruca quickly responded and let us check in.
