We made a quick stop at “The Wall” on our way to Glamis from Yuma. MAGA As for Glamis, wow! Another bucket list stop for me. Growing up around Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Michigan does not prepare you for Glamis. These are huge, very steep in many places and there are bowls everywhere. A straight “hammer it and climb” was nowhere to be found. We picked our way around and up some very big dunes. Next time it will be in a big powered Jeep strapped in!

Offroading

Be very careful of steep drop offs. One tire off the side and you will be barrel rolling, and in places it’s a long way down.
