Need to take multiple transport mode in order to reach the starting point of this trail/path. Bus to Tianchi, then buggy to bus stop for bus ride to cable car station. Then take cable car to reach the starting point which is at 2510m asl. The path is well developed with amazing wooden stairs. Scenery of Tianchi and nearby snow capped mountains are amazing. The ground snow is pretty thick still in early May, and some wooden planks are covered with ice. The wooden path to the peak of Maya Mountains is steep n windy, but manageable except for those with bad knees. At the peak of Maya Mountain (2964m asl), you could see Bogeda Peak. Very exposed trails, good gears to shield uv and hot sun are needed.
