- A pair of good hiking shoes that can run on both jungles and cement road is because when started running into the jungle trek all the way about 3km, after that coming out to met the trekking part of cement road all the way back to starting point about 1.1km. - Handy torchlight/ headlamp
- Hand gloves
- Walking stick
- Drinking water
- knee cap (optional/ speacially elderly)
