The dirt road to Yant Flats is passable by any car when dry, but gets extremely muddy after rain. There are many areas to camp along the road and even right by the trailhead. You could easily take a pack out to Yant Flats and camp on the slickrock or in the grassy areas.

Yant Flats is a slickrock area right outside St. George. It has beautiful colors and rock textures like White Pocket in Coyote Buttes in Arizona. From Yant Flats, you can see St. George and even all the way to Zion National Park from Yant Flats. There is a maintained trail you take in, and then the rest of the route is me wandering around the rock.
