In Spring we take a short stroll around the gardens and then head back to Circular Quay where we have dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner some of us walked to Martin Place Train Station. It is worth allowing 10 minutes before your walk to visit Customs House. Inside you will find a mini replica of Sydney CBD and newspapers and magazines from around the world and some comfortable places to sit and read. Along the walk you will see Mrs Macquarie’s point and chair. A favourite location for Brides to have their wedding photos taken. You will also pass the Boy Charlton swimming pool and be able to see the Garden Island Naval Base as well as the Woolloomooloo Finger Wharf where Russel Crowe has an apartment.
