We rode to the Clarion River and back. I used the trail I created 3 years ago called “To the river and back” but they have rerouted that trail in parts so it’s a little different and a little shorter than the 15 mile trip from before. We took the orange trail and crossed Miola Rd. past the general store and down the dead end street until we saw the turn off across the open field for the orange trail. When you get into the forest a little ways, the orange trail goes left and we continued to the river on the blue trail. Towards the end of the trail, there were a lot of trees across the trail we had to go around so it gets harder to follow the map. We managed and there was a real nice camping spot to rest at before we made our way back to camp. We did NOT cross the river. We didn’t need to, to enjoy it.
