The most remarkable thing about today is that I will be riding on familiar roads. Last year I passed through these very same lands heading in the opposite direction. It felt familiar with periodic moments of specific memory. Pretty easy terrain with no hills and negligible winds. Ending the day in Perry, getting a cheap hotel to take advantage of the extra hour of sleep tonight. Extra hour... not. I live by the sun out here. Sunset before 6:00pm puts a different face on this trip. Just another challenge I'll adapt to.
