From the Parking Lot at the Restaurant I headed towards the Military Installation and turned right on a faint Path around the Fence and through scrab to a Rock just outside the Fence. Not possibly to get any closer, Returned along the Fenceline back to the Road and checking out the East Summit as well, probably of equal Hight as the Fenced in Obelisk on the West Summit.
