After trying unsuccessful finding a Trailhead from the North which is all Private Property and Fenced in I found a Good Road in from the West side which ends at a Big Carpark and Information Board with various Trails in the Park. I followed the Road past the Gate to the Trailhead which is well Signed. The Trail itself is in Great Shape and easy to follow to the Summit and a Trig Pillar. The Pillar is not on the Highpoint and looked like it don’t belong on its Location. So I went on to the real Highpoint which is not marked at all. Returning the same Trail back to the Road and Trailhead where I tried to find a Shortcut Trail marked on the Topomap but not on the Ground. This was a Mistake and ended up in terrible Bushwhacking getting down to the Stream and climbing out the other side. Do yourself a favor and stay on the Road all the way back to the Gate and save yourself some time and grief. A Lovely Day in the Mountains on an easy Trail.
