맨발로 할때 등산 스틱을 사용하면 좋다. 첫째는 미끄럼 방지 효과. 둘째는 스틱은 쇠로된 부분을 잡게 되면 자연전하가 손바닥을 통해서도 내 몸으로 들어 오게 된다.
